Own enterprise data onboarding for healthcare analytics platforms end-to-end — reviewing implementation approaches against platform and client requirements, coordinating production readiness, and running go-live with Product, Architecture, and Engineering.

Mapping & standardization
Design standardized data layouts, source-to-target mappings, and transformation frameworks that hold up across multiple client formats and healthcare data domains.

Profiling & validation
SQL-driven profiling, validation, and transformation analysis to catch problems before they reach production — including automating dataset profiling and validation workflows.

Cross-functional delivery
Work across Product Owners, Architects, Data Engineers, and client stakeholders in Agile and SAFe environments — refining requirements, acceptance criteria, and QA strategy for onboarding work.

I started out writing PHP and testing mobile apps in Kathmandu — an internship building dashboard and auth components, then a QA stint hunting bugs before they hit production. That close-to-the-metal start is still how I think: understand the data at the field level before you trust what's built on top of it.
From there I moved into product — shipping fintech features at Lenden Sewa, then running delivery for a data platform team at Cedar Gate. Since 2023 I've been at Cotiviti, now as Manager, Data Solutions, owning enterprise onboarding for healthcare analytics platforms end-to-end: implementation review, SQL-driven profiling and validation, and the cross-functional work with Product, Architecture, and Engineering that gets a client from kickoff to a reliable go-live.
I moved from Kathmandu to Charlotte in October 2022 and picked up golf the following spring — the swing is still a work in progress. Outside of work you'll find me on a late-night soccer league, watching football (the kind with a round ball) — and yes, also NFL and NBA.
